This September and October, we’re excited to bring you new updates that make our Kampus marketing platform even better. These latest improvements give you more control, sharper insights, and easier workflow management.

Curious about how your campaign might perform in the next couple of weeks? While we can’t predict the future with certainty, historical data helps us forecast estimated metrics if variables remain consistent. In this release, we’ve added a forecasting tool, currently in beta. We wanted to make it available for clients to use and test further.
Click Forecasting is a tool within Campaign Reporting that provides a two-week click forecast. Since it is a click tool, it will only be active for campaigns where clicks are the primary KPI.
The Conversion Forecasting tool also found within Campaign Reporting, forecasts estimated conversions and conversion revenue for the next two weeks.
As this is a conversion forecasting tool, we will only activate it for campaigns primarily focusing on conversions, site actions, or revenue.
Note: Click Forecasting must be activated by your Account Manager.
A few months ago, we released the Campaign Highlights feature in Kampus, which shows optimization notes, key trends, and highlights for each campaign. Initially, we didn’t tie this to notifications to allow our team time to add initial notes without overwhelming inboxes.
Now that historical notes are in place, we’ve enabled notifications.
Don’t forget, you can adjust your notification preferences anytime by selecting the bell icon 🔔 on the bottom left of your Kampus dashboard.
We’ve enabled Client Admin users to manage notification preferences for Kampus users within their scope. If you have Admin permissions, you’ll now see a bell icon next to each user on the User Management page. Clicking this icon will open a pop-up where you can update that user’s notification preferences.
