Party & Event Package Booking
Party Booking Marketing Case Study
KORTX provided a national restaurant and entertainment center with a boost of birthday party package purchasers.
A national restaurant and entertainment chain wanted to improve its online cost-per-booking for kids’ birthday parties. Bookings had remained relatively flat while working with a number of programmatic partners, and the brand felt they were in need of a more sophisticated strategy to efficiently convert new customers.
The brand partnered with KORTX to create a personalized digital strategy that delivered timely and relevant messaging to each customer based on their level of engagement with the booking process.
The online birthday party booking process involves several steps, and the brand knew it had to decrease customer drop-offs while simultaneously recalibrating its retargeting strategy.
By deploying KORTX Audience Manager on the brand’s website, we could confirm precisely where each user resided within the customer funnel.
ACTIVATE & MEASURE
First Party segments were then built to isolate users that met specific criteria (i.e., drop-offs), and the budget was optimized so that delivery aligned with each of the online booking steps. Past partners were treating all site traffic the same from a retargeting perspective. Still, our funnel prioritization approach ultimately resulted in significant efficiencies as the budget was distributed algorithmically and fluidly based on performance.
KORTX provided a national restaurant and entertainment center with a boost of birthday party package purchasers. Overall, we exceeded the client’s cost-per-booking goal of $50. The average revenue per party booking is typical $265, and KORTX delivered a $4.04 cost-per-booking while simultaneously balancing CTR and viewability performance.
